小学校长角色的转换是新课程实施过程中一个无法回避的课题。小学校长应该是教育教学的能手和学科带头人,是学生一生持续发展的主要奠定者,是自觉开发和设计课程的推动者和领导者,是素质教育的组织者和实践者。清楚地认识校长职位的角色问题,对开展相关工作有着不可低估的作用。
The transformation of the primary school principal role is an unavoidable issue in the implementation of the new curriculum. Primary school principals should be the leaders and leaders in education and teaching. They are the major contributors to the students’ sustained development in their whole life. They are the promoters and leaders who consciously develop and design the curriculum. They are the organizers and practitioners of quality education. A clear understanding of the role of principals in the job, to carry out related work can not be underestimated role.
