本文以九十年代有关研究为主 ,就胃癌形成的可能途径和原因进行了分析 ,从大量试验资料及流行病学研究的结果 ,综述了茶和其有效成分 (EGCG)在防治胃癌中的作用
In this paper, based on the relevant research in the 1990s, the possible pathways and causes of gastric cancer were analyzed. From a large number of experimental data and the results of epidemiological studies, the role of tea and its active ingredients (EGCG) in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer was reviewed.
