1.引言 磨损过程是能量消耗的过程,因此,用磨损能耗来研究材料的磨损机理和耐磨性是科学系统的。国内外有些研究者曾从能耗角度来解释磨损过程,但只是从表面和次表面的观察结果进行分析,尚未进行定量的测试与研究。因此,研究磨损能耗的测定方法,以利深化磨损机理的研究,并更好地指导生产实践,是十分有意义的。 本文利用自行改装的冲击磨损试验机,对金属磨损过程的能量消耗,进行了定量的测定,同时建立了磨损能耗的分析模型,对几种典型材料的磨损能耗及磨损机理进行了深入
1. Introduction The wear process is a process of energy consumption. Therefore, it is a scientific system to study the wear mechanism and wear resistance of materials by using the energy consumption of wear. Some researchers at home and abroad have explained the wear process from the perspective of energy consumption, but only analyzed the surface and subsurface observations, and have not conducted quantitative tests and studies. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the method of measuring the energy consumption of abrasion in order to deepen the research on the wear mechanism and better guide the production practice. In this paper, self-modified impact wear tester was used to quantitatively measure the energy consumption of metal wear process. At the same time, an analytical model of wear energy consumption was established, and the wear energy consumption and wear mechanism of several typical materials were further studied
