我站有两套掺水和热洗阀组,水驱和聚驱各一套,承担着两百多口油井的掺水热洗任务。天气温暧时热洗管线不需要保温,到了冬季温度低,为了保障计量间的热洗管线畅通不冻堵,所有计量间的热洗阀门及掺水和热洗连通阀门都得打开,让热洗管线里走水循环。洗井时需要倒流程,热洗哪个计量间就开大这个计量间的热洗阀门,其它计量间的热冼阀门及掺水和热洗连通阀门全关闭,洗完井后再倒回原来的流程。解决办法是,每个计量间的掺水和热洗管线上都有一个留头放空阀门,在掺水和热洗放空阀之间加一根连通管线,打开两个留头放空阀门,其它所有的阀门全部关闭,这样就可以达到保温目地,洗井时员工只需要开关两个阀门就可以了,省时省力,减少了劳动强度。
