目的评估单侧完全性唇腭裂(UCLP)男性患者的牙齿发育状况。方法将40例6~14岁的UCLP男性患者作为唇腭裂组,另选取年龄、种族与唇腭裂组相匹配的40例非唇腭裂男性作为对照组,拍摄全颌曲面断层片。参照Demirjian法,通过所拍摄的全颌曲面断层片评估牙齿成熟指数。结果在唇腭裂组下颌牙齿中,裂隙侧牙齿成熟指数比非裂隙侧低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,唇腭裂组的下颌牙齿与非裂隙侧上颌牙齿的成熟指数低(P<0.05)。结论与非唇腭裂男性相比,UCLP男性患者牙齿发育迟缓。
Objective To evaluate the dental development of men with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate (UCLP). Methods Forty UCLP male patients aged 6 to 14 years were selected as the cleft lip and palate group. Forty non-cleft lip and palate male patients matched with age, ethnicity and cleft lip and palate group were selected as the control group. According to Demirjian’s method, the index of tooth ripeness was evaluated by all-jaw curved facets taken. Results In the cleft lip and cleft palate group, the index of tooth ripening on the cleft side was lower than that on the non-cleft side (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the mature index of the maxillary teeth in the cleft lip and cleft palate group was lower (P <0.05). Conclusions UCLP male patients develop tooth retardation compared with non-cleft lip and palate men.
