目的:探讨脂汰清颗粒对实验性动脉粥样硬化兔主动脉弓超微结构的影响。方法:将新西兰兔随机选取10只作空白对照组,喂普通饲料;其余按高脂饲料配方1饲喂6周,制成高脂血症模型,再随机分为模型组、脂汰清治疗组、辛伐他汀对照组、山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,正常组喂全价营养饲料,余组改喂高脂饲料配方2。同时,脂汰清组及两对照组分别给相应溶化药物,空白组和模型组给等量生理盐水,灌胃,连续11周后检测总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(apoAI)、载脂蛋白B(apoB),扫描电镜下观察主动脉弓组织内膜超微结构的病理变化。结果:脂汰清组可显著降低CHO、LDL-C、ApoB(P<0.05,P<0.01),升高HDL-C(P<0.05),抑制、修复血管内皮细胞超微结构损伤。结论:脂汰清颗粒有较好的调节血脂代谢、抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhigaiqing granule on the ultrastructure of aortic arch in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits. Methods: Ten New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected as the blank control group, fed with normal feed; the rest fed with high fat diet formula 1 for 6 weeks, made hyperlipidemia model, then randomly divided into model group, , Simvastatin control group, hawthorn serum lipid control group. From the 7th week, the normal group fed the full-price nutritive feed, while the rest fed the high-fat feed formula 2. At the same time, Zhi Zhi Qing group and the two control groups were given the corresponding dissolved drugs, blank group and model group were given the same amount of saline, gavage, continuous for 11 weeks after the detection of total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG) HDL-C, apoAI and apolipoprotein B were observed under a scanning electron microscope to observe the pathological changes in the intima ultrastructure of the aortic arch. Results: Zhigaoqing group could significantly decrease CHO, LDL-C, ApoB (P <0.05, P <0.01), increase HDL-C (P <0.05) and inhibit and repair the ultrastructure damage of vascular endothelial cells. Conclusion: Zhigaiqing granule has better regulation of blood lipid metabolism and inhibition of the formation of atherosclerotic plaque.
