This paper studied the effects of grazing on the species composition, diversity, height and abundance of herbaceous plants in the habitat of the giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) in Wolong National Nature Reserve and the response of grazing bamboo to the grazing habitat. The results showed that grazing changed the composition of herbaceous plants in the giant panda habitat, increasing species diversity and concentration, but the distribution degree of the species slightly decreased. In the habitats of impaired giant pandas and herbivores Plant community composition was also similar; grazing had also had an adverse effect on the growth of the giant pachycerechia pachyrhizi, with significant differences in base size, plant height and biomass, as well as in habitats of intact giant pandas.
