江苏省如皋市档案馆珍藏一份79年前发行的民国版《如皋日报》。虽然报纸泛黄,且多处破裂,但弥足珍贵之处在于“如皋日报”四个字,是由国民党元老、时任国民政府土地委员会主任委员陈立夫题写的,并盖有一枚陈立夫印章。陈立夫(1899—2001),浙陈立夫题写江省吴兴(现湖州市)人,名祖的《如皋日报》燕,号立夫。陈立夫是20世纪中国的重要人物之一,中国国民党政治家,大半生纵横政海,曾历任蒋介石机要秘书、国民党中央党部秘书长、教育部长、立法院副院长等要职。尤其作为有留美背景的教育部长,在战乱期间对中国教育事业的发展作出了卓著的贡献。国民政府迁台后移居美
