ILOG与中国计算机软件与技术服务总公司(CS＆S)正式宣布结成战略同盟,在中国大陆推广ILOG软件组件。在两公司签定的谅解备忘录中主要条款是在中软总公司北京总部合资建立一个展示中心,以及对中软员工进行培训以推广ILOG产品。
ILOG officially announced its formation of a strategic alliance with China Computer Software and Technology Services Corporation (CS & S) to promote ILOG software components in mainland China. The main terms of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two companies are the establishment of a joint exhibition center at the headquarters of ChinaSoft Corporation and the training of ChinaSoft employees to promote ILOG products.
