目的浅谈如何做好临床药师在呼吸科的工作。方法通过做好下临床前的准备工作,及参加医生查房等协助医生完成治疗任务。结果与结论1.临床药师下临床前的准备工作:夯实医学基础、掌握相关药学知识。2.临床药师下临床主要工作方式和内容:利用PASS系统对医嘱进行监测、参与临床查房、指导护士合理用药、患者的用药教育。3.临床药师工作的感悟:重视知识的累积、注重新信息的传递。总之,临床药师下临床,开展“以病人为中心”的药学服务是合理用药的需要,也是医院药学发展形势的需要。临床药师应该抓住机遇,迎接挑战,不断提高药学和医学知识水平,努力提高综合素质,在实践中不断提升自身能力,用自己的知识和技能给患者提供更为优良的服务。
Objective To discuss how to do the work of clinical pharmacists in respiratory department. Methods By doing a good job in pre-clinical preparation, and participate in doctor ward to assist the doctor to complete the treatment task. Results and conclusions 1.
