采用模压发泡成型技术制备了具有不同性能的硅泡沫,研究了影响硅泡沫压缩应力松弛性能的因素。结果表明:硅泡沫的密度、乙烯基硅油用量、泡孔结构和测试条件分别对硅泡沫材料的压缩应力松弛率都有明显的影响,但影响程度有所不同。
Silicon foams with different properties were prepared by molding foam molding technology, and the factors affecting the stress relaxation properties of silicon foam were investigated. The results show that the density of silicone foam, the amount of vinyl silicone oil, the cell structure and the test conditions have significant effects on the compressive stress relaxation rate of silicon foam, respectively, but the degree of influence is different.
