目的研究香菇多糖对平阳霉素抑制血管内皮瘤细胞的增殖的影响。方法将EOMA小鼠血管内皮瘤细胞分别单用香菇多糖处理(LTN组)、单用平阳霉素处理(BLE组)、香菇多糖联合平阳霉素处理(L+B组)和未做任何处理(CON组),比较4组细胞处理前后细胞增殖和凋亡的差异。结果CON组和LTN组作用后d1-d 7的吸光度无显著差异,但均显著高于BLE组和L+B组(P<0.05);L+B组作用后d1-d7的吸光度显著低于BLE组(P<0.05)。BLE组和L+B组G0/G1期和凋亡率显著高于CON组和LTN组(P<0.05),S期、G 2/M期和PI显著低于CON组和LTN组(P<0.05);L+B组G0/G1期和凋亡率显著高于BLE组(P<0.05),S期、G 2/M期和PI显著低于BLE组(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖可显著增强平阳霉素对小鼠血管内皮瘤细胞抑制增殖及促进凋亡的作用。
Objective To study the effect of lentinan on the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells treated with bleomycin. Methods EOMA mouse vascular endothelial cells were treated with lentinan alone (LTN group), bleomycin alone (BLE group), lentinan combined with bleomycin (L + B group) and without any treatment CON group). The differences of cell proliferation and apoptosis before and after treatment were compared between the four groups. Results The absorbance of d1-d7 was not significantly different between CON group and LTN group, but significantly higher than that of BLE group and L + B group (P <0.05). The absorbance of d1-d7 group was significantly lower than that of L + B group BLE group (P <0.05). The G0 / G1 phase and the apoptosis rate in BLE group and L + B group were significantly higher than those in CON group and LTN group (P <0.05), but were significantly lower in S phase, G 2 / M phase and PI than those in CON group and LTN group (P < 0.05). The G0 / G1 phase and the apoptosis rate in L + B group were significantly higher than those in BLE group (P <0.05). The S phase, G2 / M phase and PI were significantly lower than those in BLE group (P <0.05). Conclusion Lentinan can significantly enhance the effect of pingyangmycin on the proliferation and apoptosis of mouse vascular endothelioma cells.
