The problem of seepage of horizontal drainage pipes in homogenous soil with surface infiltration recharge has already been studied in detail. In the column of drains in double-layer soils, [1] has conducted a comprehensive analysis of the drainage pipes arranged in the upper layer. In the vast Huang-Huai-Hai area, where plain rivers accumulate, the double-layer structure of the subsoil has great practical significance. The upper floodplain is generally a fine-grained sub-sand or sub-clay with poor permeability. The lower layer is a relatively thick bed-type sand-like soil with a much higher permeability coefficient than the upper layer.
