目前我国的酒店业正处提升品质、重塑形象的关键时期,在此背景下,极大地促进了对餐饮服务与管理人才培养的发展。本文就《餐饮服务与管理》课程教学中存在的问题进行分析,并提出一定的改进方法,以达到有助于开设此相关专业的高校培养优秀的应用型餐饮服务与管理人才的目的。 At present, China’s hotel industry is at a critical period of improving quality and reshaping the image. Under this background, the development of catering service and management personnel training has been greatly promoted. This article analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of “Catering Services and Management”, and puts forward some methods of improvement in order to achieve the goal of cultivating excellent applied catering services and management personnel in colleges and universities that offer relevant majors.
