本文叙述了测量高温出气的实验设备和技术。给出了一些板片状金属材料700℃、900℃出气的实验结果。结果表明,烧氢、真空热去气后表面轻度氧化,可使材料重暴大气时不再回吸气体,某些材料在高温出气的后期有吸气现象,去气后的材料严禁手摸,否则含气量可以复原。本文初步探讨了高温出气机理,认为金属片材的出气源,主要是界面层。
This article describes the experimental equipment and techniques for measuring high temperature gas. The experimental results of plate-like metal materials at 700 ℃ and 900 ℃ are given. The results show that the surface of hydrogen gas is slightly oxidized after vacuum degassing, which makes the material no longer back to suck gas when the material is exposed to the atmosphere. Some materials have the phenomenon of aspiration at the later stage of high temperature degassing, Touch, or gas content can be restored. In this paper, the mechanism of gas outgassing at high temperature is discussed preliminarily. It is considered that the outlet gas source of the metal sheet is mainly the interface layer.
