目的分析视频脑电图时音频同步回放在阅图中所发挥的作用,客观评价音频脑电图价值。方法对300例疑似癫痫患儿,进行了4h视频脑电监测。结果有41例因声音干扰引起脑波发生变化,其中反射性发作1例,非脑源性音源电活动40例,其中在疲乏期12例,轻睡期20例,深睡期8例。结论对视频脑电监测回放分析时对怀疑异常波形应进行视频和音频同时回放,排除外界声音干扰而引起的非脑源性电活动,减少一些非脑源性电活动进入我们的报告中。
Objective To analyze the role played by audio synchronized playback during the video EEG and to evaluate the value of audio EEG objectively. Methods 300 cases of suspected epilepsy, 4h video EEG monitoring. Results There were 41 cases of brain wave changes due to sound disturbance, including 1 reflex attack and 40 cases of non-brain-derived electrical activity. Among them, 12 were fatigue, 20 were light sleep and 8 were deep sleep. Conclusions During the video EEG monitoring and playback analysis, the suspected anomalous waveforms should be played back simultaneously by video and audio to exclude non-brain-derived electrical activity caused by external sound interference and to reduce some non-brain-derived electrical activities into our report.
