以前一直认为精子免疫是女性不孕的主要免疫学原因。近年来,由于免疫学在生殖生理和生殖医学领域里的不断发展和显著进步,使这方面的知识不断充实,从而对女性不孕的免疫学原因也不断明确。原因之一是卵巢免疫,指对卵巢本身产生自体抗体而致的不孕状态。关于抗卵巢抗体,目前有对卵巢透明带的抗体和对固醇产生细胞的抗体两种。本文仅就前者结合作者的临床资料予以叙述。 Sperm immunization has always been the main immunological cause of female infertility. In recent years, due to the continuous development and significant progress of immunology in the field of reproductive physiology and reproductive medicine, the knowledge in this area has been continuously enriched, and the immunological causes of female infertility have also been constantly clarified. One of the reasons is ovarian immunity, refers to the ovarian itself produces autoantibodies caused by infertility. About anti-ovarian antibodies, there are two antibodies to the ovarian zona pellucida and two antibodies to sterol-producing cells. This article only the former combined with the author’s clinical data to be described.
