在焊缝探伤中,扫描线的调节,直接关系到缺陷的定位、定量和判别.为保证探伤结果的准确性,扫描线的调节是一项认真而又细致的工作.在中厚板焊缝超声波探伤中,用深度定位法调节扫描线的比例时,一般采用两种不同深度的横孔作反射体,对探伤人员技术要求较高也较费时.在现场探伤中,为了简化扫描线的调节我们试制一种小型专用三孔试块(因试块上有三孔,故暂称三孔试块),探头置于一个位置不动,就能使不同深度孔的反射波同时在示波屏上出现,达到调节方便的目的.
