在工作中,我们经常做出是否将某些城建文件、图纸归档决定的本身就是一种形式的鉴定.我们所做的将某些档案归档是档案工作的第一步,这时候鉴定工作蕴于其中.可以理解没有档案鉴定,档案工作便无法开展.
