目的通过研究不同CT值的脊柱结核病灶骨中骨保护蛋白(OPG)和骨保护蛋白配体(OPGL)的表达情况以及与平均CT值的关系,揭示OPG和OPGL参与脊柱结核的病理过程,从分子水平深化对脊柱结核病灶骨硬化发生机制的认识。方法用PV-6000二步法免疫组化检测技术测定OPG和OPGL的平均光密度及阳性面积比,并将其比值与平均CT值进行相关分析。结果 OPG和OPGL表达强度的比值与平均CT值呈正相关。结论 OPG和OPGL表达的动态不平衡导致了脊柱结核病灶周围硬化骨的产生。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and osteoprotegerin (OPGL) in bone of spinal tuberculosis with different CT values and the relationship between osteoprotegerin (OPGL) and average CT value, so as to reveal the involvement of OPG and OPGL in the pathogenesis of spinal tuberculosis. Molecular level to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of osteoporosis in spinal tuberculosis. Methods The average optical density and positive area ratio of OPG and OPGL were determined by PV-6000 two-step immunohistochemical method. Correlation analysis was performed between the ratio and the average CT value. Results The ratio of OPG and OPGL expression intensity was positively correlated with the average CT value. Conclusions The dynamic imbalance of OPG and OPGL expression results in the production of sclerotic bone around the spinal tuberculosis.
