本文较详细地介绍了一种根据球心自准式中心偏测量仪所测量的偏心值来计算光学系统实际偏心大小和方向的公式、原理、推导过程和公式的使用方法,并在最后给出了用本文公式计算偏心的计算程序方框图和利用一个偏心测量实例分别用本文公式和文献[1]的公式用计算机计算的结果比较。本文叙述的公式已成功地应用于高精度物镜的装校和偏心测量工作中。
This paper introduces in more detail a formula, principle, derivation process and formula for calculating the actual eccentricity and orientation of the optical system based on the eccentricity measured by a center-of-center self-aligning center-scale measuring instrument The block diagram of the calculation program for calculating the eccentricity by the formula in this article is compared with the calculation result by a computer using the formulas in this paper and the literature [1] by using an eccentric measurement example. The formula described in this paper has been successfully applied to the installation of high-precision objective lens and eccentric measurement.
