微表处作为一种新型预防性路面养护技术,以其耐磨、防水、抗滑等优点得到了广泛的应用。但相较于普通沥青混凝土路面,其噪声较大的特点也逐渐暴露,且目前关于微表处噪声室内试验的方法研究较少。因此,该文使用较为常见的湿轮磨耗仪对微表处的噪声情况进行分析,选用粗、中、细3种级配微表处混合料,分别测定其等效声级,并将等效声级结果与微表处混合料构造深度建立联系,结果表明:构造深度越深,混合料级配越粗,微表处噪声水平越高。此外,通过外掺40目橡胶粉的方法降低微表处混合料的噪声,试验结果显示所掺胶粉对中级配微表处噪声影响最大。
Micro-surfacing as a new type of preventive maintenance of pavement, with its wear-resistant, waterproof, anti-skid and other advantages have been widely used. However, compared with ordinary asphalt concrete pavement, the noise characteristics of large gradually exposed, and the current study on the micro-surfacing of indoor noise less research. Therefore, this article uses the more common wet wheel wear instrument on the micro-surface of the noise analysis, the selection of coarse, medium and fine three kinds of gradation micro-surfacing mixture, were measured the equivalent sound level, and the equivalent Sound level results are related to the tectonic depth of the mixture at the micro-surfacing site. The results show that the deeper the tectonic depth, the thicker the mixing gradation, the higher the noise level at the micro-surfacing site. In addition, by adding 40 mesh rubber powder to reduce the noise of the mixture at the micro-surface, the experimental results show that the mixed powder has the greatest impact on the noise of the medium-sized micro-surface.
