一个国家摆脱贫困落后状态,走向经济和社会生活现代化的过程即称为经济发展。经济发展不仅意味着国民经济规模的扩大,更意味着经济和社会生活素质的提高。目前对于经济发展影响因素的研究文献有很多,但很少是基于结构方程模型来进行研究的。本文以深圳观澜街道为例来对一个地区的经济发展影响因素进行一个整体的研究。主要运用衡量观澜街道的几项主要经济指标并且在结构方程模型的基础上进行研究,从而了解这些直接或间接的经济指标对观澜地区的经济发展的影响概况。
The process of a country getting rid of the backward and impoverished state and heading for the modernization of its economy and social life is called economic development. Economic development means not only the expansion of the national economy, but also the improvement of the quality of economic and social life. At present, there are many studies on the influencing factors of economic development, but seldom based on the structural equation model. This article takes Shenzhen Guanlan Street as an example to conduct a whole research on the influential factors of economic development in a region. Mainly used to measure several key economic indicators of Guanlan Street and based on the structural equation model to study, to understand these direct or indirect economic indicators of Guanlan region’s economic development overview.
