75千瓦井式回火电炉由于炉盖直径大而且比较重,所以一般都采用了双轨抬盖法。我们觉得这种方法存在耗用材料多、占地面积大、炉面操作位置少等缺点,而小炉盖的单柱升降法能克服这些不足之处。根据这个想法我们设计了一种炉盖升降机构,如图所示。炉盖1通过槽钢与转盘2连接,带有锥度的滚轮3使转盘能顺利地和槽轮4同心旋转。槽轮固定在升降立柱9上,立柱用两根20号槽钢焊成,具有足够的刚度。立柱在油压千斤顶7的推动下沿着四
