对体格检查中发现心前区出现Ⅱ～Ⅲ柔和收缩期杂音的８６例新生儿，作二维超声心动图（２ＤＣＤＥ）检查，共检出新生儿左心室假腱索（ＬＶＦＴ）１８例（２０．９％），其中１例见有３条假腱索，本病发生率较高，２ＤＣＤＥ检查有助于提高检出率，并可与先天性心脏病相鉴别。
