以“卓越工程师教育培养计划”为背景,探讨了在我国目前提出的新的培养机制下流体传动与控制专业的人才培养方案。所制定的流体传动与控制专业培养方案在原有培养方案的基础上,压缩了基础课的学习课时,更加突出了实践教学环节,并在学生本科学习后期与企业进行联合培养,以增加学生的实践能力。同时,注重了教师工程实践经验的培养,让更多的具有丰富工程实践经验的工程科技人员参与到教学中来。该培养方案已在南京工程学院流体传动与控制专业卓越工程师班的学生中逐步实施,收到初步效果。
With “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program” as the background, this paper discusses the training program of fluid transmission and control professionals under the new training mechanism currently proposed in our country. The developed fluid transmission and control professional training program based on the original training program, the compression of the basic course of study hours, the more prominent part of the practice of teaching and undergraduate study in late joint training with enterprises in order to increase students’ practical ability . At the same time, pay attention to the training of teachers’ practical experience so that more engineers and technicians with rich experience in engineering practice participate in teaching. The training program has been gradually implemented in Nanjing Institute of Technology Fluid Power and Control Engineering Excellence Engineer class, received initial results.
