目的探讨中西医结合治疗骨质增生有效方法。方法骨质增生患者106例,根据患者意愿分为观察组68例和对照组38例,观察组采用中西医结合、内服外敷结合治疗,对照组不用中药方法。结果观察组总有效率为95.59%,对照组总有效率为76.32%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.20,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合综合疗法治疗骨质增生可提高有效率,较快减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To explore the effective method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bone hyperplasia. Methods 106 patients with bone hyperplasia were divided into observation group (68 cases) and control group (38 cases) according to patients’ wishes. The observation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and external application with external application. The control group did not need traditional Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate was 95.59% in the observation group and 76.32% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.20, P <0.01). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of bone hyperplasia can improve the efficiency and reduce patient pain faster.
