介绍了一种新研究设计的三向力传感器。置于分布磁场中的五个霍尔元件,将空间力通过弹性敏感元件转换成位移后,获得的霍尔电势进行运算,得到三向力所对应的三个电压输出。然后送进微机进行线性校准、动态补偿和降低向间干扰等方面的处理,使之具有良好的测量特性。
A new research design of three-direction force sensor is introduced. The five Hall elements placed in distributed magnetic field convert the space force into displacement through the elastic sensitive element, and then the obtained Hall potentials are operated to obtain the three voltage outputs corresponding to the three-direction force. Then sent to the computer for linear calibration, dynamic compensation and reduce interference to other aspects of the treatment, so that it has good measurement characteristics.
