近年来,快速力量训练引起的运动训练引起很多人的注意,研究基于快速力量训练方法的技战术特点,设计有效的,科学的,实用的和具体的运动,在中国学术界是一个新的研究课题。通过论述其概念,并结合实践经验阐明快速力量训练的层次划分,并根据与运动训练相关的理论知识,提出了关于竞技跆拳道快速力量训练的方法和注意事项,诱导培养的基本思想,并提供了参考建议做跆拳道运动员在训练和从事这方面研究的学者。
