随着企业的不断发展,人力资源管理是至关重要的一部分,人力资源培训是为了有效的认识到企业的发展需求,确定员工的满意度,提升企业的经营能力。通过人力资源培训,还能够很好的提高员工的个人能力,要想更好的了解员工培训后的情况,需要对人力资源培训的效果进行评估,应及时的发现其中所存在的问题,进行全面的分析,并且有效的解决。鉴于此,本文主要探讨了人力资源培训效果评估中存在的问题与分析。
