“现代学徒制”是以学校和企业双方为主体,以培养学生综合素质为目标,以课程教育和实践操作为桥梁和纽带,以教师和“师傅”两种主题的协调教学为基础的现代化的人才培养模式,是为解决当前高职教育培养出的人才不符合技术性或操作性岗位要求和标准的问题而创新出的一种解决措施,对于缓解就业压力,优化产业结构等都有积极的影响和作用。本文即对当前高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式及校企合作开展过程中的问题进行分析,进而提出与之相对应的改进建议和策略,希望能为我国高校职业教育的发展以及国家事业的繁荣略尽绵薄之力。
