据说国际上有个标准,人的寿命之长应该等于其生长期的5至7倍,即25×(5至7)=125至175年。还有科学家指出哺乳动物寿命等于其性成熟期×(8至10),那么按人类性成熟期约14年,则14年×(8至10)=112年至140年;如果按人体细胞一生可分裂50次左右推算,也至少可活120年。我已满76岁,目前自感身体各部“零件”尚好,机能运转正常,未觉衰老,可算健康,如果不出意外,有心争取活上100岁。这完全得益于从小以来一直坚持多种锻炼,年老又注重科学养生。归纳健康养生心得,概而言之,一生有“五条经验”:
