据不完全统计我国每年完成公共建筑装饰工程项目350万个左右,住宅装饰装修项目大约在2000万个,由于巨大的市场空间和不断提升的行业集中度,建筑业产值增速长期在每年20%~25%之间波动。目前,建筑装饰行业产值已近2万亿,中国建筑装饰协会预测到2015年,我国建筑装饰行业的产值将达到3.8万亿,且存量建筑翻新使市场的“雪球”越滚越大,其未来发展会有更广阔的空间。以深圳企业来说,起步较早的深圳装饰业,1992年产值仅8亿元,从业人员5161人,发展至今,已形成371家装饰企业、20余万从业人员的强大规模。据统计,目前深圳装饰企业中,资质达到国家一级企业的有56家,年产值超过3亿元的有13家,装饰行业产值占国内生产总值6%左右,可见建筑装饰行业蕴含着强大的生命力,在不断飞速发展。
