目的:为了解克拉玛依市2014年度餐饮服务单位自消毒餐饮具卫生状况,旨在探讨餐饮具安全有效的监管对策。方法:大肠菌群纸片法,按照国家标准进行检测。结果:2014年度克拉玛依市餐饮具消毒总体合格率81.1%,随着监管力度的不断提高,餐饮具合格率有所上升。结论:应进一步加强监管,探讨符合实际的监管对策以提高克拉玛依地区自消毒餐饮具的质量。
Objectives: To understand the hygienic condition of self-disinfecting tableware in Karamay city in 2014, this paper aims to explore the safe and effective supervision measures of tableware. Methods: Coliform bacteria paper method, in accordance with national standards for testing. Results: The overall pass rate of tableware disinfection in Karamay in 2014 was 81.1%. With the continuous improvement of supervision, the passing rate of tableware increased. Conclusion: Supervision should be further strengthened to explore practical regulatory measures to improve the quality of self-disinfecting tableware in Karamay.
