本文以安徽省淮南市田家庵区为例,在GIS技术支持下,基于淮南市田家庵区城市交通分级图并结合实地调查,采集不同级别城市道路网的现状数据、人口分布数据、基础教育机构的分布数据等,运用空间可达性的原理,顾及地形对交通的能耗作用,分别采用泰森多边形和成本距离加权方法,对淮南市的基础教育机构空间分布特征、可达性进行分析,结合研究区域的实际情况对分布原因进行分析。本研究可为城市规划者及建设者合理规划与布局城市的基础教育设施提供科学的依据和参考。
Taking Tianjia’an District in Huainan City of Anhui Province as an example, this paper collects the present situation data, population distribution data, basic education institutions Using the theory of spatial accessibility and taking into account the impact of terrain on the energy consumption of transportation, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and reachability of basic educational institutions in Huainan using the Tesson polygons and cost distance weighting methods, respectively. According to the actual situation in the study area, the reasons for the distribution are analyzed. This study can provide scientific basis and references for urban planners and builders to rationally plan and layout urban basic education facilities.
