利用真空水平连铸技术净化处理了100%的精密铸造DZ125合金返回料,制成合金锭。通过大样电解法测定了返回料母合金的夹杂物含量,分析了返回料母合金的化学成分、气体含量和微观组织。结果表明,真空连铸DZ125合金返回料母合金的大块夹杂物含量达到了新料水平,由平均每10kg含8.30mg降至每10kg含5.74mg夹杂物;化学成分、O、N气体含量、微观组织与新料基本一致,完全满足DZ125合金技术标准要求。
Using vacuum horizontal continuous casting technology to purify the 100% casting DZ125 alloy return material, made of alloy ingots. The content of inclusions in the returned master alloy was determined by large sample electrolysis, and the chemical composition, gas content and microstructure of the returned master alloy were analyzed. The results show that the content of bulk inclusions in the vacuum continuous casting DZ125 alloy return material alloy reaches the new material level, from an average of 8.30mg per 10kg to 5.74mg inclusions per 10kg; chemical composition, O, N gas content, Microstructure and new material is basically the same, fully meet the DZ125 alloy technical standards.
