用高、中、低锌饲料喂养的大鼠经热暴露5分钟、30分钟和60分钟后进行血红细胞C3b受体酵母菌花环试验、红细胞免疫复合物花环试验,结果发现:无论是否经受热应激,红细胞C3b受体及红细胞免疫复合物花环率均为高锌组高于中锌组,中锌组高于低锌组(差异有显著性)。提示锌不足导致红细胞免疫粘附功能减弱,降低其清除免疫复合物的能力,从而降低机体细胞免疫功能,不利于抵抗热应激。相反,充足的锌则有助于机体热耐力的形成。
Rats fed with high, medium and low zinc diets were subjected to heat-exposed for 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the erythrocyte C3b receptor yeast wreath test and erythrocyte immune complex rosette test. The results showed that: The rosette rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor and erythrocyte immune complex were higher in the high zinc group than in the middle zinc group, but higher in the middle zinc group than in the low zinc group (the difference was significant). Tip lack of zinc lead to reduced erythrocyte immune adhesion function, reducing its ability to clear the immune complex, thereby reducing the body’s cellular immune function, is not conducive to resist heat stress. In contrast, adequate zinc contributes to the formation of body heat endurance.
