高新技术企业区别于传统企业的特殊性,决定了它在人才管理上的特殊性,传统企业的人才管理方式已不适应高新技术企业人才管理的需求。本文首先探讨了高新技术企业及其人才的主要特点,在此基础上阐述了我国高新技术企业加强人才管理的有效对策。
The difference between the high-tech enterprises and the traditional ones determines the peculiarity of the talent management. The traditional talent management methods are not suitable for the high-tech talent management. This article first explores the main characteristics of high-tech enterprises and their talents, and then elaborates the effective countermeasures to strengthen the management of high-tech enterprises in our country.
