我校电镜室毕书增副教授1983年特邀参加陕西省牛体培育牛黄高产稳产技术工作。承担了牛黄分泌形成的研究和牛体培育牛黄的试验任务。经过多年的辛勤工作现已基本弄清了牛黄的分泌、形成机理,并取得了突破性的进展。数年来毕书增多次深入陕北、陕南山区,参加培植牛黄、取黄生产第一线工作。在实验室和现场对牛肝、牛胆道进行解剖学、组织学、组织化学及超微结构的比较。验证结果表明:培植牛黄与天然牛黄的药物性质基本相似。为培植优质牛黄提供了可靠的理论依据。
In 1983, Associate Professor Bi Shuzeng of the Electron Microscope Department of our school specially invited to participate in the cultivation of high yield and stable production technology of Niuhuang from the cattle body in Shaanxi Province. He undertook the research on the formation of bezoar secretion and the experimental task of cattle cultivation of bezoar. After years of hard work, the secretion and formation mechanism of bezoar has been basically understood, and breakthroughs have been made. In the past few years, the number of Bi books increased in depth in the mountainous regions of northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi, and they participated in the first line of cultivation of yellow bezoar and yellow production. Anatomical, histological, histochemical and ultrastructural comparisons of bovine and bovine biliary tracts were performed in the laboratory and on site. The verification results showed that the drug properties of cultivating bovine and natural bezoar are basically similar. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for the cultivation of high quality bezoar.
