采用机械合金化技术,低温下在碳钢表面制备了NiAl涂层。利用XRD、SEM、EDS、显微硬度和电化学腐蚀实验等测试技术分析了不同球磨时间下涂层的组织结构和性能。结果表明,随着球磨时间的增加,涂层厚度增加,涂层组织更加均匀、致密。球磨时间为2h时,涂层厚度达到约120μm,形成了NiAl金属间化合物,涂层的硬度HV0.1显著提高,达到4730MPa,是基体的2倍多。电化学实验结果表明,涂层有效的增强了基体的耐腐蚀性能。
Using mechanical alloying technology, NiAl coating was prepared on the surface of carbon steel at low temperature. The microstructure and properties of the coatings at different ball milling times were analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDS, microhardness and electrochemical corrosion tests. The results show that with the increase of milling time, the coating thickness increases and the coating structure becomes more uniform and dense. Ball milling time of 2h, the coating thickness of about 120μm, the formation of NiAl intermetallic compounds, the coating hardness HV0.1 significantly increased to 4730MPa, is more than 2 times the substrate. Electrochemical experiments show that the coating effectively enhance the corrosion resistance of the matrix.
