为深入开展解放思想大讨论,学习沿海发达地区水利改革与发展的先进经验,帮助广大干部职工进一步解放思想,转变观念,促进各项工作,淮委于3月9日至14日组织30多名处以上领导干部赴浙江有关地市参观考察。 参观团在淮委副主任杨民钦的带领下,先后考察了宁波、乐清、温州等地,听取了以上地市水利局的经验介绍,参观了宁波北仑港、奉化亭下水库、乐清海堤、温州小商品市场等,并与水利局的同志举行了座谈。参观的同志抱着取经的目的,每到一处都仔细地看、专心地听、认真地记、深入地思考。为了丰富参观成果,把所学东西消化吸收好,参观团的成员们还不顾路途劳累,在返程的火车上开展了座谈讨论。讨论中大家一致认为,此行虽紧张劳累,但每个人都学到不少东西,收获很大,体会很深,真正物有所值。
