为满足不同杜仲适生区对良种接穗的需求,本研究探讨了杜仲接穗远距离调运技术。根据不同的建园目的选择芽体饱满、健康无病虫害、与砧木直径匹配、适宜的良种接穗品种,对接穗经摘叶(保留0.3~0.5cm短柄)处理后,控制接穗长度在30~40cm,数量100根为一束进行捆扎,每4束为一个捆绑单元,用塑料膜包扎保湿;保持运输环境温度5~15℃、相对湿度80%~90%、层积高度1.5~2.0m;控制运输时间在4~12h;接穗保藏条件为5~15℃、相对湿度90%,保藏时间不超过7d。采用本技术,杜仲良种嫁接成活率可达80%以上,适合在生产中推广应用。
