在MAX6629/30/31/32系列温度传感器面市之前,所有的数字输出温度传感器都是I2C(也称作SMBus)传感器,它们在被读取之前必须写入寻址用信息。以前的SPI传感器也要求进行写入操作。由于MAX66xx系列传感器是只读型的,因此只需通过数据定时操作即可获取数据。但有一点点复杂的是它们采用了芯片选择线。
Before the MAX6629 / 30/31/32 family of temperature sensors came on the market, all digital output temperature sensors were I2C (also known as SMBus) sensors that must address the addressing information before being read. Previous SPI sensors also required write operations. Because the MAX66xx family of sensors is read-only, data can be acquired through data timing operations only. But a little bit more complicated is that they use a chip select line.
