数控机械加工充分利用了计算机数字控制的优势,在现代工业领域发挥了积极推动作用,尤其是对一些形状复杂、精密度高、规模较小的加工对象而言,新型数控机械加工带来了“颠覆性”效应,其应用范围也逐渐扩大,涉及轻工业、医疗器械、航空航天等。本文中笔者将结合新型数控机械加工进刀工艺展开研究,提出相关改进措施,并进一步验证改进后的设备作业效果。
CNC machining makes full use of the advantages of computer numerical control and has played an active role in promoting the development of modern industry. Especially for some machining objects with complex shapes, high precision and small size, the new CNC machining brings “Disruptive” effect, its scope of application has gradually expanded, involving light industry, medical equipment, aerospace and so on. In this paper, the author will combine the new CNC machining process to start the study, put forward relevant improvements, and further verify the improved equipment operation effect.
