本文介绍了蛹虫草和虫草素的性状功效以及检测和提取工艺,主要综述了虫草素的分离纯化工艺的研究进展。离子交换树脂法是目前分离纯化虫草素的常用方法,超临界CO2萃取在分离蛹虫草中核苷类成分方面也取得了进展,并提出大孔吸附树脂技术可能会成为虫草素分离纯化新的手段。 This article introduced the characteristics of Cordyceps Militaris and Cordycepin traits and detection and extraction process, mainly reviewed the research progress of separation and purification of cordycepin. Ion exchange resin method is the common method of separation and purification of cordycepin. Supercritical CO2 extraction has also made progress in the isolation of nucleosides in Cordyceps militaris. The technology of macroporous adsorption resin may become a new means of separation and purification of cordycepin.
