2009年底的全国政法工作电视电话会议强调要深入推进社会矛盾化解、社会管理创新、公正廉洁执法三项重点工作,法律援助作为一项司法救济制度,与推进三项重点工作关系密切。以法律援助为载体,积极推进三项重点工作,发挥法律援助在维护困难群众合法权益、促进社会和谐稳定中的作用。
At the end of 2009, the national teleconference on political work emphasized that the three key tasks of resolving social conflicts, innovating social management and fair and honest law enforcement should be further promoted. As a judicial relief system, legal aid is closely related to the promotion of the three key tasks. With legal aid as carrier, we will actively promote the three key tasks and give play to the role of legal aid in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of people in difficulty and promoting social harmony and stability.
