为解决现有金属板材数控渐进反向成形中板材件深度过大、挤压工具长度不足、支撑坯料的厚度不够以及挤压工具与工件干涉等问题,提出了一种根据板材件深度、挤压工具长度、支撑坯料的厚度以及挤压工具与工件干涉等情况、将待成形件模型和支撑模分区后分阶段成形的方法。给出了分区分阶段成形工艺方案,利用数字模拟分析了该工艺方案的可行性,并通过分区分阶段成形实验,实际制作了钣金件。研究结果表明,分区分阶段成形方式可应用于钣金件的制作。
In order to solve the problems such as the excessive depth of plate material, insufficient length of extrusion tool, insufficient thickness of support material and interference between extrusion tool and workpiece in the existing numerical control progressive forming of metal plate, a method is proposed according to the depth of plate, The length of the tool, the thickness of the support blank, and the interference between the extrusion tool and the workpiece, the method of forming the mold to be formed and the support mold into sections in stages is provided. The process scheme of forming in different stages is given. The feasibility of the process scheme is analyzed by digital simulation. The sheet metal parts are actually produced through the forming experiments in different stages. The research results show that the method of forming by stages can be applied to the production of sheet metal parts.
