不同温光条件下籼粳稻叶片的光能转化效率和膜脂过氧化表现

不同温光条件 (4 d)下 ,以粳稻 95 16和籼稻汕优 63为材料 ,测定了与 PS 光能转化效率和膜脂过氧化有关的生理指标 ,结果表明 :适温中等光强下两品种未见光抑制和光氧化表现 ;适温强光下两品种有光抑制无光氧化表现 ;低温强光下两品种有光抑制和光氧化表现。低温强光下结合抑制剂的实验证明 ,与粳稻相比 ,籼稻的 D1蛋白量和 SOD活性的下降与叶黄素循环和非光化学猝灭 (q N)受抑制程度较大 ,膜脂过氧化产物 MDA含量较高 ,因而光抑制和光氧化现象较明显。据此认为 ,光能转化效率是预测光抑制的关键指标、膜脂过氧化作用与光氧化密切相关 Under different light and light conditions (4 d), the physiological indexes related to PS conversion efficiency and membrane lipid peroxidation were determined using japonica rice 95 16 and indica rice Shanyou 63 as materials.
