论述了变电站电压无功控制系统存在的问题,并在“十一”区理论的基础上,提出了一种切实可行的无功补偿方案。它以PLC作为下位机,计算机作为上位机,充分地利用PLC的可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、维护和调试方便的优点并结合上位机数据处理和显示的长处,形成一个具有控制与执行功能的智能型无功补偿系统。该装置以真空断路器作为执行元件、以并联电容器作为补偿元件,实现“循环投切”。
