高新技术产业瞬息万变,在竞争激烈的外部环境下,创新成为高新技术企业战略之一。而拥有较高人力资本的知识员工,他们的创新行为通常被认为是提高创新水平的动力。如何激发高新技术企业知识员工的创新行为,已经成为企业如何应对激烈竞争的首要问题之一。本文通过探究教育水平、工作年限、专业技能和工作态度有利于挖掘人力资本影响创新行为的内在机制,提高企业培养知识员工创新的能力。
High-tech industries are rapidly changing. In a highly competitive external environment, innovation has become one of the high-tech corporate strategies. For knowledge workers with higher human capital, their innovative behavior is generally considered to be the driving force for raising the level of innovation. How to arouse the innovative behaviors of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises has become one of the most important problems how to deal with the fierce competition. By exploring the level of education, working life, professional skills and work attitude, this paper is conducive to mining the inherent mechanism of human capital affecting innovation and improving the ability of enterprises to train knowledge workers.
